摘要： 患者,女，32岁。全身反复皮疹伴多饮、多尿、闭经18年。皮肤科检查：两侧大阴唇见黄豆至蚕豆大溃疡，左侧为主，表面少许分泌物。皮损组织病理检查：真皮内圆形单一核细胞浸润。免疫组化：S100（+），CD1α（+）。诊断：朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症。

Abstract: A 32-year-old female presented with 18-years history of ulcer over the whole body with polydipsia, polyuria and amenorrhea. Physical examination showed several ulcers on her labium majus (more ulcers on the left side). Histopathological examination showed mononuclear cells infiltration in the dermis. Immunohistochemistry showed positivity of S100 and CD1α. The diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis was made according to the clinical and histopathological features.
