摘要： 临床中通过阻断TNF-α治疗关节型银屑病有效，因此TNF-α可能在PsA的发病中起重要作用，本文对TNF-α在关节病型银屑病中的作用机制做一综述。

Abstract: Through interfering TNF-α is effective in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, so TNF-α may associated with the onset of psoriatic arthritis. The pathogenesis of TNF-α in the of psoriatic arthritis is reviewed in this article.
