带状疱疹患者T细胞亚群的检测

摘要： 目的：检测带状疱疹患者外周血T细胞亚群表达水平。方法：采用流式细胞仪检测116例带状疱疹患者及80名健康对照者外周血T细胞亚群。结果：带状疱疹患者外周血CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞均显著高于健康人群，患者不同年龄组间、不同病程组间CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞无明显差异。结论：带状疱疹患者CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞升高，提示特异性细胞免疫得以重建。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the level of T-lymphocyte subsets in the patients with herpes zoster. Methods: T-lymphocyte subsets in 116 patients with herpes zoster and 80 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The levels of CD3+, CD4+ lymphocyte in the patients with herpes zoster were higher than those in healthy controls. There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+, CD4+ lymphocyte among the patients in different age and duration of the disease. Conclusion: The levels of CD3+, CD4+ lymphocyte in the patients with herpes zoster are increased, which indicates the reconstruction of of cellular immunity.
