摘要: 细胞因子信号抑制因子基因可通过对树突状细胞成熟分化的调控,影响免疫应答的平衡稳定,在炎症性疾病的发生、发展中具有重要影响。本文就细胞因子信号抑制因子基因调控树突状细胞在银屑病、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、真菌感染等炎症性疾病中的作用机制研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Cytokine signaling suppressive gene plays an important role in the development of inflammatory diseases, through regulating the balance of the immune response, and differentiation and maturation of the dendritic cells. This article reviews the recent researches on the mechanism of dendritic cells regulated by SOCS in psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and fungal infection.
