银屑病甲损害与亚临床指伸肌腱附着点炎的相关性研究

Correlation between nail psoriasis and subclinical extensor tendon enthesitis

摘要： 目的：探讨银屑病患者甲损害与亚临床指伸肌腱附着点炎的关系。方法：对银屑病患者双手远端指间关节指伸肌腱及指甲进行高频超声检查。结果：共有96例银屑病患者纳入本次研究，其中伴有甲损害的银屑病患者45例，甲正常银屑病患者51例。甲损害组16例患者有亚临床附着点炎 (35.5%)，甲正常组5例有亚临床附着点炎 (9.8%)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：银屑病甲损害可以作为筛查亚临床指伸肌腱附着点炎的指征。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the correlation between nail psoriasis and subclinical extensor tendon enthesitis in psoriasis. Method: Extensor tendons at the distal interphalangeal joints and fingernails of both hands were detected by high frequency ultrasound in the patients with psoriasis. Result: A total of 96 psoriasis patients were included in this study: 45 patients with nail involvement and 51 patients without nail involvement. Sixteen patients (35.5%) had subclinical enthesitis in the nail psoriasis group and five (9.8%) had subclinical enthesitis in the normal nail group, with a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Psoriatic nail can be used as a sign for the screening of subclinical extensor tendon enthesitis.
