头皮局限性神经纤维瘤伴脱发一例

Solitary neurofibroma of the scalp with alopecia: a case report

摘要： 患者，男，22岁。脱发1年余，头皮棕褐色肿物6个月。病理可见毛囊微小化，真皮下部大量细长梭形瘤细胞，波浪状排列。S-100多克隆（+），SOX-10（+），MelanA（+），Vimentin-10（+）。诊断为头皮局限性神经纤维瘤。后行手术治疗，随访中。

Abstract: A 22-year-old male presented with hair loss for more than 1 year and scalp skin tan tumors for 6 months. Pathology showed that hair follicles were miniaturized,a large number of slender spindle tumor cells in the lower dermis were arranged in waves. The immune-histochemistry showed positive for S-100 Polyclonal, SOX-10, MelanA and Vimentin-10. The diagnosis of solitary neurofibroma of the scalp was made. The neurofibroma was removed.
