摘要： 本文报道一例26岁男性患者，全身可见红色斑块，上覆鳞屑；双侧鼻孔、唇黏膜糜烂，有脓性分泌物流出。根据病理表现及实验室检查结果诊断为麻风合并梅毒及HIV感染。

Abstract: We report a 26-year-old male with red plaques covered with scales all over the body. Bilateral nostril and lip mucosa were erosive with purulent discharge. The diagnosis of leprosy combined with syphilis and HIV infection was made according the pathological features and laboratory results.
