摘要： 恶性梅毒是一种罕见的严重二期梅毒的变异表现，多见于HIV阳性的青壮年。本文报道一例HIV阴性老年恶性梅毒患者，目前国内尚未报道。

Abstract: Malignant syphilis is a rare variant of severe secondary syphilis, which is more common in HIV-positive young adults. We report a case of HIV-negative elderly patients with malignant syphilis, which has not been reported in China so far.
