无水疱性类天疱疮四例并文献复习

摘要： 无水疱性类天疱疮是大疱性类天疱疮的罕见类型，因其临床表现缺乏大疱性类天疱疮典型的紧张性水疱或大疱，而易误诊漏诊。本文回顾分析4例被误诊为湿疹、结节性痒疹的无水疱性类天疱疮并复习相关文献。4例患者皮损表现以红斑、丘疹、结节为主，伴瘙痒，抗BP180抗体和抗BP230抗体均阳性。给予糖皮质激素、烟酰胺、雷公藤等治疗后，病情明显好转。

Abstract: Nonbullous pemphigoid is a rare type of bullous pemphigoid, which is easily misdiagnosed and missed because its clinical presentation lacks the tense blisters or macules typical of pemphigus herpetiformis. We reported four cases of nonbullous pemphigoid misdiagnosed as eczema or prurigo nodularis and reviewed the related literature. The four patients presented with erythema, papules, nodules, accompanied by pruritus and showed positive of anti-BP180 antibodies and anti-BP230 antibodies. After the patient was given glucocorticoids, niacinamide, and tripterygium glycoside, their condition improved significantly.
