48例外毛根鞘囊肿临床、超声及病理特点分析

摘要： 本文对2017年2月至2024年2月我院48 例外毛根鞘囊肿患者的临床资料、超声和组织病理学检查结果进行回顾性分析。48例患者中，男27例，女21例，平均年龄44.4岁。皮损均表现为质地坚实的皮下结节，最常见于头皮（35例），其次为面部（8例）、四肢（3例）和躯干（2例）。超声提示41例皮损形态呈椭圆形，边界清晰；7例形态不规则，边界模糊；38例“靶环”型；10例低回声型。病理显示真皮内见囊腔，囊壁由鳞状上皮细胞构成，无颗粒层，囊腔内见均质嗜酸性角质物，部分病例见灶性钙化灶。

Abstract: The data of clinical manifestations, ultrasound and pathological findings in patients with trichilemmal cysts in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. A tall of 48 patients, including 27 males and 21 females, the average age was 44.4 years old. All the patients presented with solid subcutaneous nodules. Among them, 35 cases had nodules on the scalp, 8 cases on the face, 3 cases on the limbs, and 2 cases on the trunk. The ultrasound suggested that the morphology of 41 lesions was oval with clear boundaries; the morphology of 7 lesions was irregular with blurred boundaries; 38 lesions were of the “target ring” type; 10 lesions were of the hypoechoic type. Pathology showed cystic cavities in the dermis, the cyst walls were composed of squamous epithelial cells, without a granular layer, homogeneous eosinophilic keratinous substances were seen in the cystic cavities, and focal calcification foci were seen in some cases.
