摘要: 生物制剂作为近年来天疱疮治疗的研究热点,针对天疱疮发病机制中所涉及到的主要致病性炎症细胞、细胞因子及信号通路的研究及应用,将实现精准的靶向治疗,也将在很大程度上避免过度免疫抑制所带来的全身性危害。本文综述了近年来针对天疱疮发病机制中的关键靶点所研发的靶向药物在天疱疮治疗中的最新研究进展,展望了更加精准的靶向疗法,旨在为天疱疮治疗带来新的前景。

Abstract: As a research hotspot for pemphigus treatment in recent years, biological agents will achieve more accurate targeted treatment strategies and avoid the harm caused by excessive immunosuppression to a large extent for the research and application of iconic inflammatory cells, factors and signal pathways involved in the pathogenesis of pemphigus. This paper reviews the latest research progress of targeted drugs developed for the key targets in the pathogenesis of pemphigus in recent years, and looks forward to more precise targeted therapy, which may bring new prospects for the treatment of pemphigus.
