摘要： 小汗腺汗孔癌是一种起源于汗腺表皮内导管上皮的恶性皮肤附属器官肿瘤，临床罕见。本文报道3例小汗腺汗孔癌，结合临床及病理组织学检查确诊，给予手术切除。

Abstract: Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignant skin tumor arising from the ductal epithelium within the epidermis of sweat glands. Three cases of eccrine porocarcinoma were reported in this paper. All of them were diagnosed by clinical and histopathological examination and underwent surgical resection.
