高盐饮食在系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展

摘要: 高盐饮食研究主要集中在心脑血管疾病中,高盐饮食与系统性红斑狼疮的关联研究较少。高盐饮食与自身抗体的产生和免疫细胞的调节密切相关,而系统性红斑狼疮的典型特征是凋亡细胞清除、B细胞免疫和T细胞信号传导的障碍。本文总结了高盐饮食调节Th17/Treg细胞、Tfh细胞和DCs来影响SLE的研究证据,并对高盐饮食在狼疮性肾炎的研究进行综述。

Abstract: The sudies on high-salt diet mainly focus on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, however, there are few studies on the association with systemic lupus erythematosus. A high-salt diet is closely associated with the production of autoantibodies and the regulation of immune cells. SLE is typically characterized by impaired apoptotic cell clearance, B-cell immunity, and T-cell signaling. This paper summarizes the research evidence that high-salt diet affects SLE by regulating Th17/Treg cells, Tfh cells and DCs, and reviews the research on high-salt diet in lupus nephritis.
