托法替布治疗盘状红斑狼疮一例并文献复习

Tofacitinib treatment for discoid lupus erythematosus: a case report and literature review

摘要： 本文报道托法替布成功治疗盘状红斑狼疮一例。该患者盘状红斑狼疮病史10年，口服泼尼松20 mg、羟氯喹200 mg等治疗有效，后泼尼松逐渐停药。近1年病情加重，患者拒绝再次使用糖皮质激素。根据既往文献报道，经患者知情同意后给予托法替布5 mg每日2次联合外用卤米松乳膏治疗，随访16个月皮损逐渐消退，未见明显不良反应。

Abstract: We report a case of discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) that was successfully treated with tofacitinib. The patient had a 10-year history of DLE and achieved a favorable response to oral prednisone 20 mg and hydroxychloroquine 200 mg; subsequently, prednisone was gradually tapered and discontinued. Over the past year, the patient’s condition exacerbated, and he refused the re-administration of glucocorticoids. Based on previous literature reports and after obtaining written informed consent from the patient, tofacitinib (5 mg twice daily) combined with topical halometasone cream was administered for treatment. During a 16-month follow-up period, the skin lesions gradually regressed, and no significant adverse reactions were observed throughout the treatment course.
