芍药苷对巨噬细胞炎症因子表达的影响

The effect of paeoniflorin on inflammatory cytokines in macrophages

摘要: 目的:明确芍药苷(PF)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的巨噬细胞炎症因子的影响。方法:小鼠单核细胞系Raw 264.7细胞体外培养,分为LPS组,PF+LPS组和空白对照组,qRT-PCR及Western blot检测各组LL37、TLR2、SOCS3、ASK1及p38表达的水平。结果:LPS可诱导Raw 264.7细胞活化并产生炎症反应。与空白对照组比较,LPS组ASK1、TLR2和p38的表达降低,SOCS3表达升高;与LPS组比较,PF+LPS组ASK1、TLR2和p38的表达增高,SOCS3表达降低。结论:芍药苷可抑制巨噬细胞炎症反应。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the effect of paeoniflorin (PF) on inflammation cytokines in macrophages induced by LPS. Methods: Mouse mononuclear cell line Raw 264.7 cells were cultured in vitro,and then, were divided into LPS group, LPS+PF group and blank control group. The level of LL37, SOCS3, ASK1, p38 and TLR2 was detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. Results: LPS induced Raw 264.7 cells activation and inflammatory response. Compared to the blank control group, the level of TLR2, ASK1 and p38 increased in the LPS group, but SOCS3 decreased. Compared to LPS group, the level of TLR2, ASK1 and p38 decreased in the LPS+PF group, but SOCS3 increased. Conclusion: PF can inhibit the inflammation reaction in macrophage.
