摘要: 光老化的表现在个体之间差异较大,根据其表现特点可进一步细分为萎缩性光老化和肥厚性光老化。形成不同光老化亚型的机制尚不明确,其中萎缩性光老化可能与MC1R基因多态性相关。萎缩性光老化与皮肤肿瘤及皮肤癌前病变存在相关性,在筛查潜在皮肤癌前病变的基础上,应从多个方面积极开展治疗。本文就萎缩性光老化的临床表现、与皮肤肿瘤的关联、影响因素及其评价工具及防治方法进行综述。

Abstract: Clinical manifestations of photoaging vary widely among individuals. It can be further divided into two subtypes according to their characteristics: atrophic photoaging and hypertrophic photoaging. Though mechanisms underlying different subtypes remains to be elucidated, atrophic photoaging may be related to MC1R gene polymorphisms and has close relationship with skin cancer and precancerous changes. Multiple measures should be taken to treat atrophic photoaging on the basis of screening potential skin cancerous changes. This paper reviews the clinical manifestations of atrophic photoaging, association with skin tumor, influencing factors, assessment tools and treatment methods.
