超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤治疗玫瑰痤疮临床经验

摘要： 目的：评价超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤加减治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选择2022年3~9月在我院门诊就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者，随机分成两组，对照组给予凉血五花汤加减治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上同时给予30%超分子水杨酸治疗(1次/2周）。每次超分子水杨酸治疗后使用类人胶原蛋白敷料，每日1次，连用1周，1周后改为隔日1次。两组治疗疗程均为8周。结果：共治疗玫瑰痤疮60例，治疗组30例，对照组30例，治疗期间对照组有2例病例脱落。两组患者治疗8周后，治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93.33%和67.86%，治疗组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤加减能有效治疗玫瑰痤疮，优于单纯口服中药治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To assess the curative effect of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with adjusted decoction of liangxuewuhua in treating patients with rosacea. Methods: The patients with rosacea were selected from the outpatient department in our hospital from March to September 2022, and they were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The patients in the additionally control group was treated with adjusted decoction of liangxuewuhua, the patients in the treatment group were given 30% supramolecular salicylic acid irradiation, once every 2 weeks. Human-like collagen dressing was applied after supramolecular salicylic acid in treatment group once a day during the first week, and then changed to once every other day after 1 week. All the patients were treated for 8 weeks. Results: A total of 60 cases of rosacea were treated, including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. During the treatment, 2 cases in control group dropped out. After 8 weeks,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 67.86%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions: Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with adjusted decoction of liangxuewuhua in the treatment of rosacea is effective,which is superior to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone.
