摘要: 肥大细胞是人体天然免疫细胞,广泛参与人体多种炎症性疾病,现有研究提示其在玫瑰痤疮发病过程中具有重要作用,且肥大细胞稳定剂能抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒和炎症介质的释放,已被证实可用于治疗玫瑰痤疮。本文将肥大细胞在玫瑰痤疮发病机制中的作用以及肥大细胞稳定剂治疗玫瑰痤疮的基础和临床研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步阐明玫瑰痤疮发病机制以及探索更多临床治疗方案基础研究提供依据。

Abstract: Mast cells are innate immune cells in human body and participate in diverse immune diseases. It has been proved that mast cell stabilizers that inhibit degranulation and the release of inflammatory mediators could be an effective treatment of rosacea. This review summarizes the research progress in the role of mast cells in the pathogenesis of rosacea and mast cell stabilizers in the treatment of rosacea, aiming to provide a basis for basic research and clinical treatment of rosacea.
