光动力联合手术削除治疗鼻腔基底细胞癌一例

摘要： 患者，女，72岁。鼻腔内肿物3年余。皮肤科查体：左侧鼻腔内见一约花生大黑色丘疹，表面破溃，边界不清楚，肿瘤约占鼻腔的2/3, 组织病理诊断为基底细胞癌。患者肿瘤部位特殊，扩大切除后的创面较难修复，容易导致器官变形、瘢痕等。我们采用手术削除皮损至真皮浅层，术后光动力治疗，每周一次，共3次。术后28天患者皮损完全修复，无明显瘢痕，术后随访1年皮损无复发。

Abstract: A 72-year-old female presented with intranasal mass for more than 3 years. Physical examination showed a peanut-sized black papule in the left nasal cavity, with rupture and ill-defined boundaries. The tumor occupies about two-thirds of the nasal cavity. Pathological diagnosis was basal cell carcinoma. The tumor site of this patient was special, and the wound after enlargement resection was difficult to repair, which was easy to cause organ deformation and scar. We removed the depth of the lesion to the superficial dermis, then the photodynamic therapy after operation was given, once a week, a total of 3 times. Twenty-eight days after operation, the lesions were completely repaired without obvious scar, and there was no recurrence of the  lesion after one year follow-up.
