摘要: 银屑病的复发机制尚不明确,有研究表明皮肤组织驻留记忆性T细胞(tissue-resident memory T cells,TRM)在银屑病的复发中发挥重要作用。此外,角质形成细胞(keratinocytes,KCs)、γδT细胞和树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)在一定程度上也参与了疾病复发。本文将对TRM参与银屑病复发的最新免疫学研究进展,及近年来其他细胞在复发中发挥的作用进行综述,为银屑病的复发机制研究提供思路。

Abstract: The mechanism of psoriasis recurrence is still unclear. Some studies have shown that skin tissue-resident memory T cells (TRM) play an important role in the recurrence of psoriasis. In addition, keratinocytes (KCs), γδT cells and dendritic cells (DCs) are also involved in disease recurrence to a certain extent. This paper reviews the latest immunological research progress of TRM involved in the recurrence of psoriasis, as well as the role of other cells in the recurrence in recent years, so as to provide ideas for the study of the recurrence mechanism of psoriasis.
