摘要： 瘙痒困扰着大多数银屑病患者，银屑病瘙痒是多种途径和因素复杂交织的结果，本篇重点探讨了关于银屑病瘙痒在神经、免疫方面的机制及相应的治疗进展，以期更好地了解和治疗银屑病相关瘙痒。

Abstract: Pruritus troubles most patients with psoriasis, which is related to the multiple pathways and factors. This paper focuses on the update of neural and immune mechanism and treatment of psoriatic pruritus in order to better understand and treat psoriatic pruritus.
