摘要: 共抑制受体TIGIT由免疫球蛋白和免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序组成,主要表达在活化的T细胞和先天免疫淋巴细胞表面。TIGIT在黑素瘤、皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤等皮肤肿瘤中表达上调,与银屑病、特应性皮炎等炎症性皮肤病的疾病严重程度呈负相关。本文根据目前国内外研究现状,就TIGIT与相关皮肤病的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: The co-inhibitory receptor TIGIT consists of an immunoglobulin and an immunoreceptor tyrosine inhibitory motif, which is primarily expressed on the surface of activated T cells and innate immune lymphocytes. TIGIT is up-regulated in skin tumors such as melanoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and is negatively correlated with the disease severity of inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Based on the current research status at home and abroad, this paper reviews the update of TIGIT and related skin diseases.
