托法替布治疗炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症一例

摘要： 患者，男，66岁。皮肤多发丘疹、斑疹3年，加重伴剧烈瘙痒2个月余。临床结合组织病理诊断为炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症。常规治疗效果欠佳，给予患者口服托法替布5 mg每日2次，治疗1个月后，皮疹大部分消退，瘙痒缓解。

Abstract: A 66-year-old male presented with multiple papules and maculae for 3 years, aggravated with severe pruritus for more than 2 months. The diagnosis of inflammatory disseminated superficial porokeratosis was made according the features of manifestation and biosy. The conventional therapy was ineffective, and then, the patient was given tofacitinib 5 mg orally twice a day. After the treatment of one month, most of the the rash subsided, and the itching was relieved.
