浓缩生长因子治疗麻风溃疡疗效评价

摘要: 目的:评价浓缩生长因子治疗麻风溃疡的疗效。方法:对3例麻风下肢溃疡患者5处创面行浓缩生长因子治疗,具体方法为创面清创,制备及填塞浓缩生长因子凝胶膜,观察创面肉芽组织生长情况。结果:治疗5天时,创面基底呈现新鲜的肉芽组织生长;治疗2周时,5处溃疡面积分别缩小35%、25%、30%、25%、35%;治疗1个月时创面缩小分别达90%、80%、85%、80%、95%;治疗70天时溃疡完全愈合。随访1年,未见溃疡复发。结论:浓缩生长因子治疗麻风溃疡创面有效。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of concentrated growth factors (CGF) in the treatment of leprosy ulcers. Methods: Three patients with lower limb leprosy ulcers (involving a total of 5 wound sites) were treated with CGF. The specific procedure included wound debridement, preparation of CGF gel membrane, and filling of the membrane into the wounds. The growth of granulation tissue in the wounds was observed during the treatment period. Results: On the 5th day of treatment, fresh granulation tissue growth was observed at the wound base. After 2 weeks of treatment, the areas of the 5 ulcers were reduced by 35%, 25%, 30%, 25%, and 35% respectively. After 1 month of treatment, they were reduced by 90%, 80%, 85%, 80%, and 95% respectively. All ulcers achieved complete healing on the 70th day of treatment. During a 1-year follow up, no recurrence of ulcers was observed. Conclusions: Concentrated growth factors are effective in the treatment of leprosy ulcer wounds.
