Human orf: a case report

Abstract: A 53-year-old female presented with purulent-appearing papule for 15 days. Five days after being bitten by infected sheep he had papules evolving to blisters or pustules on her upper limbs. The patient was treated with oral doxycycline hydrochloride and topical fusidic acid and imiquimod. The lesions disappeared completely after treatment for 15 days.
