The evaluation and treatment of primary cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis

Abstract: Primary cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is a common skin malignancy that doesn't metastasize generally. Once metastasis occurs, it usually spreads to the regional lymph nodes, and then to the whole body. The review focuses on the evaluation and treatment of primary cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis.
