Abstract: Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency injection of tramal moisturizing cream in the treatment of facial sensitive skin. Methods: 40 patients with sensitive skin were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, while 20 cases were in each group. Both groups were given desloratadine citrate tablets 8.8 mg once a day. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group were treated with tramal moisturizing cream and the patients in the control group were treated with vaseline cream, twice a day, for 4 weeks. Both the two groups were gotten radiofrequency introduction therapy. The efficacy was assessed at week 0 and week 4. The skin barrier physiological indicators of percutaneous water loss value, erythema value and cuticular water content in the two groups were detected through CK noninvasive skin detector. Results: The effective rate was 80% in the treatment group, which was significant than that in the control group 40%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The decreased value of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and the incresed value of cuticular water content in the treatment group was 6.1 and 6.6, which were higher than those in the control group (0.92 and 0.99), with significant differences (Ps<0.05). There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion: Radiofrequency introduction therapy of tramal moisturizing cream is safe and effective in the treatment of sensitive facial skin and can improve skin barrier.
