Granular cell tumor of the vulva: a case report

Abstract: A 23-year-old female presented with nodule on the left labia majora for 1 year. Histopathology showed infiltration of round or polygonal cells in the dermis, which rich in fine granular cytoplasm and small round nuclei in the center,large eosinophilic bodies in cytoplasm. Immunohistochemical examination showed tumor cells S100 (+), NSE (+), CD68 (weakly positive), CK (-), Ki-67 <1%. The diagnosis of (vulvar) granulosa cell tumor was made. The lesion resection was performed. There was no recurrence after 3-month follow-up.
