Dermatitis herpetiformis associated with gluten-sensitive enteropathy: a case report

Abstract: Dermatitis Herpetiformis(DH) is a chronic, autoimmune blistering disease associated with glutenin sensitivity and is a skin manifestation of celiac disease (CD). Here we reported a case of DH with glutenin-sensitive enteropathy, who significantly recorered after glutenin-free diet and treated with dapsone.
