Abstract: Erythema elevatum diutinum (EED) is a rare cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Its pathogenesis is not clear, but it is thought to be related to the deposition of circulation immunity compound around blood vessels secondary to infection, hematological diseases and autoimmune diseases. It was reported that 39.4% of EED patients was associated with HIV infection, viral hepatitis, streptococcal infection, paralbuminemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. We reported a case of EED with aplastic anemia, and reviewed the clinical characteristics of EED with other systemic diseases through previously reported literature, and preliminarily discussed the correlation among EED, hematological diseases and malignancies.

Key words: erythema elevatum diutinum, aplastic anemia, hematological malignancies
