Abstract: To report a case of congenital self-healing Langerhans histiocytosis with molluscum contagiosum-like manifestations. The patient is a female infant with 5 months old. After 4 months of birth, there were multiple smooth, flesh-colored, dome-shaped papules with central umbilication all over the body. Histologic examination showed mononuclear cell infiltration in the dermal palilla, and immunohistochemistry showed CD1a (+), S100 (+), Langerin (+).  All rashes subsided 1 week after the biopsy examination.
