Penile congenital annular constriction band accompanied by syphilis

Abstract: Congenital annular constriction band is a rare congenital malformation, which commonly occurs on hands, feet, arms, legs and maxillofacial region and may cause syndactyly, clubfeet, cleft lip and palate, and congenital amputations. But it was rarely reported in penis. We reported a 63-year-old male who claimed to suffer from contact dermatitis of penis. Then he was diagnosed with penile congenital annular constricting bands complicated with syphilis.
