Syphilis manifested as generalized circular erythema: a case report

Abstract: A 57-year-old male presented with a red rash on the trunk, thigh, and palm for 3 months, accompanied by itch and pain. The TRUST titer was 1∶128. Treponema pallidum specific antibody was positive by ELISA. The patient was treated with benzathine penicillin G injection (2.4 million units) once a week for 3 weeks and the condition improved.
