AIDS with erythroderma as the first symptom: a case report

Abstract: A 40-year-old male presented with a 1-month body rash with pruritus. Denied eczema, psoriasis history. Diffuse flushing all over the body, the surface covered with yellow-white fine scales, fissures with exudation can be seen around the mouth and eyes, and the dorsum of the feet were covered with sock-like yellow and brown scales, and scab-like structures were seen. HIV antibody primary screening and confirmatory tests were positive. The diagnosis of AIDS with erythroderma was made.
