Abstract: We report a case of essential thrombocythemia after splenectomy. Tuberculosis was induced by taking hydroxyurea and ruxolitinib, which was improved after anti-tuberculosis treatment. Then multiple tuberculous skin ulcers occurred in the waist, abdomen, arms and thighs, which were cured after local treatment (abscess incision and drainage and debridement and VSD negative pressure suction/suture/local dressing change). Hydroxyurea and ruxolitinib were continued to take at present, and no adverse reactions occurred.
