The patients in the treatment group were given additional intradermal injection of diprospan mixed with 2% lidocaine, once a month. 1 month was 1 course of treatment, and the patients were treated for a total of 3 courses. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67% , which was higher than that of the control group (50.00%) . The scores of scalp itching, greasy, alopecia and scaly in the two groups were obviously decreased, and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. No obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusions: The multi-center study on comprehensive treatment of androgenic alopecia is effective.
