Abstract: We report a case of cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation, a reaction to an immune-related adverse reaction of camrelizumab. A 56-year-old male presented with red papules scattered on the head and trunk with. The patient had right lung adenocarcinoma with metastases to multiple sites. After 5 cycles of treatment with docetaxel, carboplatin and camrelizumab, several proliferative red papules and nodules appeared on the skin of the head and trunk, which were prone to rupture and bleeding after friction. The patient was diagnosed with reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation and treated with surgical resection and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy at 1-year follow-up, the patient's head incision healed well and the trunk lesions subsided.
