Update of the abnormal cholesterol metabolism and keratinization genodermatosis

Abstract: Cholesterol is a kind of lipid molecule and plays an important role in the maintaining the stability of cell membrane. The abnormal cholesterol metabolism can cause a variety of abnormal keratinization genodermatosis, which is reviewed in this article.
