The modified rhomboid flap in resurfacing the skin defect of granular cell tumor of shoulde: a case report

Abstract: A 62-year-old female presented with a mass on her right shoulder for more than 1 year. Surgical resection of the tumor was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was granulosa cell tumor. The modified rhomboid skin flap was designed to repair the wound surface after resection. The patient recovered well after surgery.
