Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides with diffuse alopecia areata as the first manifestation: a case report

Abstract: Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides is a subtype of mycosis fungoides, which is highly invasive and has a poor prognosis. Early diagnosis is especially important. A case of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides with diffuse alopecia areata as the first manifestation was confirmed by Immunohistochemistry combined with TCR gene rearrangement techniques.
