Abstract: Verruciform xanthoma is a benign proliferative lesion presenting as verrucous, papillary, or cauliflower-like masses. It predominantly occurs on mucous membranes, and penile involvement is extremely rare. This report presents a case of such a condition.The patient was 37-year-old male with a hyperplastic mass on the glans penis for 20 days. The acetic acid white test was negative. The test for Treponema pallidum antibody was negative. The histopathological features of the skin lesion are consistent with verruciform xanthoma. After three sessions of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, the skin lesions subsided and have not recurred since the follow-up.
