Abstract: Congenital self-healing Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a rare disease in newborn. The onset age of the disease was mostly between birth and 9 months. The skin lesions were mostly papules, nodules, papuloherpes, subcutaneous nodules, etc. We report a three-month-old girl presented with sporadic miliary papules on the trunk and lower limbs, with the umbilical-fovea in the center or crusts on the top of papules. The features of pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining of the skin lesions were consistent with Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The patient received no treatment, the rash subsided after 4 months follow-up, and no new rash occurred after 1 year follow-up.
