Nasal Langerhans cell histiocytosis: a case report

Abstract: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare clonal proliferative disease that can affect multiple systems. Skin manifestations often provide important clues to diagnosis. We report a male patient with nasal neoplasm, which was confirmed as LCH by skin biopsy and immunohistochemistry. It was further found that multiple systemsm involved, including bone.
