Abstract

Abstract: Recent studies have shown that moderate to severe acne combined with joint and bone disease related syndromes is closely related to genetics, and genome-wide association studies have found some genetic loci related to moderate to severe acne combined with joint and bone disease related syndromes. This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of these diseases and its syndromes, and provides clues for the diagnosis of the disease.
