白癜风患者生活质量评估量表的研究进展

摘要： 白癜风虽不危及患者生命安全，但疾病的迁延不愈、反复发作给患者造成巨大的心理压力，妨碍患者的人际交往，使患者生活质量明显下降。采用生活质量量表评估患者生活质量是研究疾病对患者影响的常用方法。本文将对白癜风患者生活质量评估量表的应用进展加以综述。

Abstract: Although vitiligo is not a life-threatening disorder, it has major impact on the quality of life of patients because of chronic nature, recurrence, psychological pressure by the appearance of white macules and hindering the interpersonal communication of patients. It is a common method to assess the patients' quality of life using questionnaires. The advances of health-related quality-of-life scales used in  patients with vitiligo are reviewed in this paper.
