Abstract: Patient, male, 67 years old. He was hospitalized with "systemic rash accompanied by itching for 1 week". One week ago, there was no obvious inducement for pale red spots on the lower chest, followed by blisters, bullae and blood blisters. The blister wall was not easy to rupture with mild itching, and gradually involved bilateral axilla, medial thigh, buttocks and legs. Oral mucosa ulcer occurred 3 days ago, and was diagnosed as bullous pemphigoid in our hospital. The patient had a history of psoriasis for 15 years, vitiligo for more than 5 years and arthropathic psoriasis for 3 years. Thyroid function test: thyroglobulin antibody 165.60 IU/ml, anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody 152.90 IU/ml, the rest were normal. Thyroid Ultrasound: The thyroid echoes are not uniform, local echoes are reduced, showing strip-like changes, suggesting diffuse changes. After two weeks of treatment with methylprednisolone, cyclophosphamide, gamma globulin and albumin, the condition was stable without new blisters.
