摘要: 程序性细胞死亡因子-1(PD-1)是CD28分子家族的成员之一,表达于多种免疫细胞表面。一直以来,PD-1被认为是传统CD4+T细胞的负性调节因子,然而近几年它调节T细胞活性和功能的作用逐渐被揭示。诸多研究表明PD-1的配体PD-L1和PD-L2参与调节T细胞的活化和耐受性。本文对PD-1及其配体在过敏性疾病中的作用机制进行了综述。

Abstract: Programmed death -1 (PD-1) is one of the members of CD28 family molecules  expressed on the surface of a variety of immune cells. PD-1 has traditionally been considered as a negative regulator of CD4+T cells. However, its role in regulating the activities and function of T cells has been gradually revealed in recent years. Studies have shown that the ligands of PD-1, PD-L1 and PD-L2 can regulate the activation and tolerance of T cells. The role of PD-1 and its ligands in allergic diseases is reviewed in this paper.
