摘要： 细菌生物膜在皮肤病发病机制中的作用受到越来越多的关注。研究发现，在痤疮、特应性皮炎、化脓性汗腺炎、脓疱疮和皮肤创伤感染等皮损部位均可检测到细菌生物膜。不同皮肤疾病中细菌生物膜不同，致病机制也不同。本文综述了细菌生物膜在皮肤病发生发展中的作用。

Abstract: The role of bacterial biofilm in the pathogenesis of acne has been received more attention. Recent studies have demonstrated that biofilm can be detected in the lesions of acne, atopic dermatitis, pyogenic sweat adenitis, impetigo and skin trauma infection. There are different bacterial biofilms in various skin diseases, which has been associated with different pathogenic mechanisms. The role of bacterial biofilm in the development of skin diseases is reviewed in this paper.
