摘要: 硬化性苔藓是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,最常累及女性生殖器皮肤,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前本病确切的发病机制尚不清楚,治疗方面仍存争议,了解其免疫学和分子生物学机制有助于为本病的临床用药提供新选择,为今后开展有关硬化性苔藓的基础研究提供新思路。本文根据目前国内外研究现状,就硬化性苔藓的免疫学和分子生物学机制研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Lichen sclerosus is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that most often involves female genital skin, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. The exact pathogenesis of the disease is still unclear and the treatment is controversial. Understanding the immunological and molecular biological mechanisms of the disease can help provide new options for the treatment of the disease and provide new ideas for future basic research of lichen sclerosus. In this paper, we review the progress of research on the immunological and molecular biological mechanisms of lichen sclerosus.
