摘要： 患者，男，30岁。面颈部及躯干上部多发及四肢远端散发丘疹4年，偶伴瘙痒。组织病理示：3处皮损分别表现为毛盘瘤、毛囊周围纤维瘤及软纤维瘤；肺部CT扫描示右肺中上叶肺大泡。诊断为Birt-Hogg-Dubé综合征。

Abstract: A 30-year-old male presented with multiple face, neck and upper trunk and distal extremities sporadic papules for 4 years, occasionally with itching. Three lesions were examined by histology, which were characterized by trichodiscomas, perifollicular fibromas and acrochordons. Pulmonary CT scans showed right upper lobe alveoli. The diagnosis of Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome was made.
